The local sewing resurgence continues with Primrose Sewing! Young students (ages 7-13 years) will have a memorable time in the Fall Weekly Classes using a sewing machine, making new friends, and bringing home original projects! Miss Abby is an award-winning seamstress, online college student, and teen entrepreneur who has taught 400 youth during the past four years in her in-home sewing studio on the west side of Franklin!
Each class meets for two hours per week and is limited to eight students. In consideration of COVID, we will continue our exceptional cleaning and disinfecting protocols. Wearing face masks in class is optional.
FALL PROJECTS: Students will sew a Travel Pillow & Pillowcase, Jar Openers, a Mini Messenger Bag, a Jellyfish Plushie, a Surprise Project, and a Service Project (Reusable Grocery Bags for Second Harvest Food Bank)! The classes include 12 hours of instructions, all fabrics, sewing machine usage, all supplies and notions, and weekly snacks. The cost is $155 per student.
We do not post the schedule or our students’ names publicly, so please send us a message with your email address to receive the information. Thanks!
