Hi! I’m Abby, an award-winning, advanced seamstress who loves teaching kids how to sew in the Nashville, TN area. I began using a sewing machine in first grade to sew my little sister a blanket! Over the years, I have gained lots of knowledge and experience, aced a middle school home economics class, attended a week-long sewing camp, learned much from online blogs, and served as the Costumes Committee Chair for my high school’s spring musical production and church’s Vacation Bible School. I have sewn a Periodic Table of Elements quilt, dresses, pajama pants, baby quilts, pillows, original designs, skirts, tote bags, aprons, and much more! Since July 2017, more than 715 young students (and a few moms) have registered to take weekly classes, seasonal workshops, individuals lessons, and summer day Camps with me! We’ve sewn for more than 13,000 hours! I’ve won a bunch of blue, red, and white ribbons for youth textile entries at the Tennessee State Fair and Williamson County Fair. I hope you will visit my website often. You can also visit Primrose Sewing on Facebook! Thanks!
